    We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment across all programs including Robotics & Coding, STEAM, Science, Public Speaking & Debating, Holiday Programs, Workshops, STEM Days, Incursions, and Learning Hub activities.

    All mentors and staff working with children are expected to:

    • Hold a valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance
    • Follow Sypher Space™ child safety and operational procedures
    • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
    • Always act respectfully and professionally
    • Report concerns relating to child safety, welfare, or wellbeing

    Where applicable, mentors and staff may hold First Aid and CPR qualifications to support student wellbeing and emergency response procedures.

    Sypher Space™ maintains attendance, supervision, and operational procedures designed to support student safety across all programs.

    We encourage parents/carers, schools, and community members to raise any concerns relating to child safety, wellbeing, or conduct.
