TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• I understand that for my child to attend the program – a device such as a tablet / PC is used and will be provided for their use by SYPHER SPACE during the session.
• LEGO Kits – One kit is per 2 students and each group will be handed the kit to create the models. At the end of each session, every group must pack their kits and hand it to the teacher.
• I understand that damaged kits will be charged to me at $400 per kit. PC/Tablets intentional damage will be charged to me as per the receipt for repairs or replacement.
• Students will not be permitted to use their own device or Lego blocks from home.
• I understand that payments for each term must be made in full before the 1st session has commenced. Refund will be provided only before the session commences and $20 admin charge may apply.
• The minimum enrolment period is one term or as per the program. For new students joining after the start of a term, fees will be charged pro-rata.
• The Models might repeat if your child is enrolled with the program for more than one year.
• We will endeavor to, but do not guarantee, offer a make-up session in case of a public holiday or school day off – this applies to school term sessions only.
• I accept that SYPHER SPACE reserves the right to cancel or change the timetable and pricing structure at any point in time. Class times, duration & locations may vary depending on final numbers.
• I agree to inform SYPHER SPACE via email/SMS within 2 business days if any details change of the student which includes changes to emergency contact, guardianship, and medical concerns.
• I acknowledge and agree that SYPHER SPACE, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any loss, damage or other claim arising from or in any way connected to the attendance of my child/children at our classes and facilities, including without limitation claims relating to personal injury.
• I hereby release and forever discharge SYPHER SPACE and its subsidiaries from all liability, loss and damage (including direct, indirect and consequential) or any other claim in anyway associated with the attendance of my child/children at our classes/facilities.
• In case of accidental injury or incident, I authorise any necessary medical treatment and agree to cover any expenses that may be incurred.
• Credit Card details are only used for the processing of the payment and is done via Try-booking portal. SYPHER SPACE does not keep or store any account/card details.
• I understand that there are no refunds offered after the commencement of classes.
• I understand that if SYPHER SPACE is not able to run a session due to unavoidable/unforeseen circumstances, I will be offered a makeup class or provided a pro-rata refund/credit.
• Refunds are only provided under special circumstances and will be determined on case-by-case basis.
• We are unable to offer make up classes, refunds or discounts for missed classes. This ensures we can maintain a stable learning environment for all students with minimum class disruptions. Please contact us at admin@syphersspace.com.au to discuss your concerns.
• All cancellations/credits/refunds are to be on case-by-case basis.
• Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued to the same account where the payment was made from.
• I understand that SYPHER SPCAE is unable to offer make up classes, refunds or discounts for missed classes. This ensures that we can maintain a stable learning environment for all students with minimum class disruptions.
• Venues and teachers are also hired based on full term periods.
• The final decision will be at the discretion of SYPHER SPACE and its Directors/Partners.
• I accept that SYPHER SPACE reserves the right to refuse admission to any person/child that presents a disciplinary problem to staff or a threat to the safety and wellbeing of other children.
• Unacceptable language, physical altercations, distruption, misbehaviour or bullying will under no circumstances be tolerated and will result in the child being removed from the class with no refund or Pro-rata refund at SYPHER SPACE discretion.
• I accept that SYPHER SPACE will discuss the respective child’s behaviour issues with the parent/guardian. If inappropriate behaviour continues and poses threat, harm or continued disruption to others, the student will be asked to leave the program.
• I warrant that my child has not at any time suffered blackout, seizure, convulsion, fainting, dizzy spells or any other medical condition and is not presently receiving treatment for any illness, disorder or injury which would render it unsafe for my child to take part in SYPHER SPACE classes.
• I acknowledge that based upon local laws, as a parent, I might have a duty of constant presence for my child during the sessions to meet the child safety or duty of care guidelines. I release SYPHER SPACE from any disputes and legal repercussions arising from neglect of these laws from my side.
• Drop off and pick up to class: Students are only supervised by a SYPHER SPACE teacher during their actual lesson time. I understand that as a parent/guardian I am required to supervise my child/ren before and after class and drop off and collect their child from the venue at the session ending time.
• Your child’s attendance will be recorded by our teachers.
• We are not a childcare facility but an after-school club. Please ensure that your child is dropped and picked on time. Our insurance does not cover our staff or children once the sessions have ended.
• We will take an attendance and endeavour to inform un-notified absences to the school. We are not responsible if your child decides to forget or skip the session – this applies to after school sessions only. Our teachers will wait for the students at a designated spot advised via email to the parents before the start of the term.
• Late pickups without prior notice (minimum 1 hour notice via sms) will be charged to the parents at $5.00 for first 5 minutes and then $10 for every 1 minute thereafter.
• Repeat lateness will not be tolerated and the child will not be permitted to the attend any further sessions. Refunds will not be issued.
Creative -Active Kids vouchers:
If you are using Creative/Active Kids vouchers, please ensure that it is a current voucher and for the child named in the booking. Any Promo codes are to be used in conjunction with the Creative Kids voucher.
KINDLY NOTE: If Promo code is not applied and full payment is made, SYPHER SPACE will not use the CK voucher and as such, your voucher can be used elsewhere. Refunds will not be applied in these circumstances.
Incorrect use of the voucher or promo code may result in booking being cancelled and admin fees apply. You may also choose to pay the balance and continue with the program. Please note: Service NSW does not allow for refunds for Creative Kids vouchers as the vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Privacy & Media Policy/Parent Consent:
During sessions, we may capture photos or short videos of:
Student builds and project work
Robotics and STEM activities in action
Science experiments
Selected student group participation (subject to consent)
Our focus is on documenting learning outcomes rather than individual students.
At enrolment, families select one of the following:
Full Permission – Photos/videos may be used for social media, promotional materials and shared with families within the same enrolled program cohort.
Internal Sharing Only – Photos/videos may be shared with families within the same enrolled program cohort only (not for social media or marketing).
No Photography – No photos or videos will be taken of the student.
Consent preferences are strictly respected.
Storage and Sharing:
Media is securely hosted via our Sypher Space business cloud account.
Access is limited to families enrolled in the same class or program.
Shared content is view-only and not publicly accessible.
Social media content is selected and published by Sypher Space in accordance with consent provided at enrolment

Special Offers & Prizes (If Available)
Lucky Winners and Parent Referrals – Only apply to programs when announced prior to the launch of each program.
TIMEZONE tickets are valued at $25 each and 4 winners will be announced at each location. Each winner will receive 1 ticket valued at $25.00. There are total of 8 prizes to be won.
Total prize money:$200.00
Parent Refer and Receive Offer – If you have already booked your spot in our partnered schools or upcoming holiday camp, you are eligible to participate in Refer and Receive program.
Refer a parent to our Holiday programs and once they book a spot, you will receive $15 credit/refund as a “Thank you” note per
booking. The credit/refund amount cannot exceed the value paid by the referral to book their spot. You cannot ask for a refund but use the credit in next term/next holiday camp.
Please ensure that any parent you refer to our program, adds your full name in the referral section of the booking page.
We reserve the right to change/ add / update the terms and conditions at any stage and will notify you within 48 hours of making the change if it impacts your booking.
